Why I volunteer at the RSPCA charity shop in Northfield

I became a volunteer with the RSPCA because I wanted something to do with my time while I’m between jobs. I could have volunteered at a charity shop closer to home but as I’m an animal lover I decided to travel to Northfield. Calling for CCTV in all slaughterhouses

Hundreds of millions of farm animals are slaughtered for food each year. As sentient beings with the ability  to experience pain and distress, these animals should have the most painless and humane end to their lives that is possible.
