Heroes wanted! At the Great British Spring Clean!


Regular readers will know that litter poses a huge problem for wildlife across England and Wales every day. Each year we receive around 5,000 calls about birds and animals who have become caught up in litter that has been thoughtlessly discarded by humans.

Foxes scream and bark to communicate with each other, particularly during mating season. Cubs can also make little barking noises to get their mother’s attention!

January is usually the height of the mating season for foxes. During this time it’s not unusual to hear loud high pitched screams as they confirm territory to rival groups.
